Hello Maddie, you're doing amazing with the big miles but be careful not to risk injury. You'll catch up. Question, I've noticed the tall grass on the trail. How are the ticks? Hi Maddie! Glad to see you're doing well! I saw one of your short videos and was happy to hear your poison ivy has subsided. You're strong and healthy, and your body just overcame it! Good! I hope you catch up to your "tramily" soon. You're pushing yourself...hope you succeed! What beautiful scenery you are in...don't rush through it without taking time to enjoy it! Very hard to catch up because it usely have to go an extra 8 miles to get to the next shelter and the a difference between 14-mile day and a 22-mile day is hard.

Ranger it’s a Juvenile black bear. The same size black bear I seen in Sugar Cove backcountry camping in 2022 in the Smokies in Crosby. Challenging yourself step by step. You can do this.🧘‍♀️👣🏔️
