Classical IS the "original" metal. The transition from piano to guitar is just so seamless and inspiring. The music was made for this. There's nothing I love more than classic music or design given a contemporary makeover, it's perfect, thankfully kids are still picking up instruments and carrying the torch for metal, I appreciate it. It's not just a matter of learning to play these things, it's also a matter of transcribing them from their original source. So in the case of this Beethoven piece it's relatively simple (!) because it's just solo piano. But in other classical pieces like Vivaldi's Four Seasons, it's a headache because there are many instruments playing the melodies together. And if you want to transcribe it for one instrument to play (guitar), which part are you going to have the guitar play? Of course, you can chop and change between all the nice bits of any given part of the Four Seasons, and it might be fun to play, but it will sound half empty and incomplete to everyone else listening. This is the problem in transcribing. But anyway, Kristina and many guitarists should check out JS Bach's chromatic fantasy, Mozart's Requiem (OMG savage heavy metal! lol), Vivaldi's Four Seasons, again another very complex piece is Verdi's requiem, but so much music to play in there. There's so much... Sibelius violin concerto, there's a particularly great version on YT played by Maxim Vengerov conducted by Daniel Barenboim. But that would be more of a guitar solo, but just so beautiful with those guitar notes echoing over the crowd and around the stadium.

Very impressive musicians. I'm a drummer and can say the woman is doing excellent work. The man we see is good on guitar. Both look like they're not killing themselves with drugs. The drummer's foot work I never learned but I'm sure it would take a long time for me to develop that skill. Very good.

I’ve seen this video a ton. Cole is soooo good. But imma be honest. This drum beat is very very complex. As a musician myself I really appreciate this type of stuff. The timing with the drums is sooooo great. Perfect performance

Gore Gore As far as I know- as a mere guitarist. This is one of the gold standards to play. Written originally for piano or harpsichord- whatever thing made out of wood with a keyboard Beethoven played. Zero drums on original score. I’m sorry we all were so mislead, about these fakers. Thank you for straightening us out Mr Cobham.
