Ingredients:
* Beetroot - 150 gram (finely grated)
* Curd - 1 cup
* Black pepper - 1/4 tsp
* Black salt - 1/8 tsp (2 pinch)
* Lemon juice - 1 tsp
* Coriander leaves - 3 tbsp, finely chopped
For tempering :
* Oil - 1 tsp
* Rai (mustard seed) - 1/2 tsp
* Urad dal - 1/4 tsp
* Cumin (jeera) - 3/4 tsp
* Curry leaves
* Pinch of hing
* Green chilly - 2 no. finely chopped
* Salt as per the taste
