My case was totally opposite... I'm maharashtrian and due to my father's transferable job I lived in kerala from 2003 to 2011 and completed my 10th from Trivandrum. Now I'm so fluent in Malayalam and look wise I look more like malayali then a maharashtrian.

Indian in past life refers to all of the Indian cooking I seem to do as an Caucasian American. Have only learned to cook well the past few years. It’s rare that I eat anything but Desi Cuisine. This is one of my favorite sites. The other being Satvik Evolution. There’s much more complexity to life, but hopefully this satisfies your query. All the best to you always.

Although your father spoke quite less but i think he was quite right that your out of the box sense of humour is all due to the cool, light hearted environment you had in your family while you were growing up. If am not wrong it seems as if your father had been in the armed forces or is he still serving as his personality resembles to that of a defence personnel to a considerable extent.
