Before & After: A Builder-Basic Condo Transforms Into A Sleek Retreat For Soon-To-Be Newlyweds

In this condo transformation, designer Roseann Greco of Greco Interiors turned a builder-basic city condo into a sleek retreat for soon-to-be newlyweds. “They wanted the aesthetic to complement the incredible city view and the CN Tower,” she says. Roseann created a focal point around the couple’s wine collection with a handsome custom wine fridge and bar area that houses 70 bottles in two temperatures. Custom millwork painted in Benjamin Moore’s Space Grey continues into the open-concept living room that overlooks the city.

I love this renovation! It’s stunning, cohesive, yet very practical You can clearly see the value that this designer brings. The personal touch with the art gallery wall is so unique. I love the hidden HVAC panels and how it was planned in front the start. It’s been done to totally reflect the client’s lives and lifestyle. Love it!

Well this is a perfect example that demonstrates hiring a designer is smart. Roseann really created something gorgeous and beautiful from that bland box, and with tons of practical design solutions needed when living in a condo.

This is a stunning renovation... Special mention about the floating cabinet on top of the TV in the living room... normally that would look a bit off to me, but I love the way the designer treated that whole wall in a monochromatic color but using beautiful textured wallpaper instead of just gray paint for the wall...with the lights on the shelves on top I bet that looks gorgeous at night and it is now a beautiful statement piece... Bravo!
