The kitchen change was HUGE on this house. Ton of value add with all the extra cabinets. The large deck/patio is probably a selling point - outdoor living. Great flip.

Usually the patios are postage stamp sized. This is the first episode I've seen where there is an adequate deck. Good job. Although, I'm unclear as to why cabinets are still being hung with a space between the top and the ceiling. It creates a permanent hygiene issue.

I like the colourway, it is calm and neutral, but still has depth. Personally, i wouldn't have used a pendant light over the dining table, as you'd have more flexibility in the room without it. Especially with pendants over the island, it gets a bit cluttered, visually. Also, where does the TV go in the living room?

All of the reconstructions you’ve done are insanely incredible but there’s one thing which I never like and it’s the living room area 😶 it just never feels like a place where you can chill out with your loved ones - it’s more like formal living room. Hey, thanks for watching! Yeah keep in kind that the furniture going in these houses isn’t “real” furniture. Meaning it’s just staging to sell the house and will be removed once the house is sold. The new buyers will put in their own furniture which will be a lot more practical and like you say, a place to handle out. Our furniture is more decorative than anything. 👍🏼

Why didn’t y’all just paint the kitchen cabinets white? I don’t mind the grey but white is a little more timeless The only thing different I would’ve added is either a little taller upper or just raised those a tad a finished it off with trim so they go all the way to the ceiling. That would have finished it off perfectly. I absolutely LOVE y’all added that huge pantry!! So many flippers do not think how important that is! I just love everything y’all did!!! Very very nice!!!

It would have been too much time and money and switching the countertops was the quickest easiest and cheapest solution. Plus they didn’t look that bad. Had they been some random color we might have. Thanks for watching!
