Have basically the same situation, BOZO Buildz of Bozeman was given 52k of my money for a five window skoolie build in March of this year. In June was told the equipment was stolen, co. filed for bankruptcy. Am still trying to get builder to refund me, he gave option of taking completely unlivable bus to me, refunding me ,or paying the remaining 10 k to finish it which in reality isn't even feasible as it would take more than that to complete the bus. Heartbroken, financially broken, and now basically homeless with 2 dogs. What was a dream has turned into a nightmare.
