My OB/GYN told me to always empty my bladder before sex and after. If you do that, you will avoid getting those UTI Infections. She also told me they use to call it the Honeymoon infection a long time ago because so many women would get UTIs while on their Honeymoon. Go figure, but after I started emptying my bladder before and after sex, I never had a UTI again.

This was b4 the 70s time of "Make Love,Not war" sexual revolution. My how the times have changed...Also, it is very useful to be sure and empty your bladder after sex too in order to wash out the bacteria introduced by the man. Personally, I tend to subscribe to the school of thought that having a fuller bladder during sex makes orgasms much more powerful and easier because the "G-spot" is located on the abdominal wall directly opposing the bladderand having urine in the bladder rubs it more by the penile thrusts. I say as long as you shower before, you're good. I used to put a little vanilla extract on the inside thigh. I don't really do that anymore. I have Truly's Unicorn as well and it's good stuff, but you have to be careful cause if you put too much then you 'll feel greasy. They have a really good routine if you get KP. For one boyfriend I secretly found out what perfume he liked and I wore it around him when I was looking for some action. Yeah I use rose water before I use a little moisturizer that I purchased from The European Wax Center.

If you have to tell a female to clean her body before sex, then as a nurse of 23 yrs, I'm going to say somebody nasty. This generation running around with STD/STI, going from man to man...My young male friends tell me the girls nowadays are sleeping around with lots of guys. In my day, we didn't have those issues and women in serious marriages didn't have vaginal issues, but as a nurse this generation of females are not very clean, especially if a stranger on KZbin got to tell you to clean your body before sex...I'm just saying!!!

AS a man Do similar things: Wash the entire private area with soap and water , and properly dry! Entire private areas include your pubic hair area, keep the hair trimmed/shaved , get the corners and crevices. If you have foreskin, pull back to clean the head properly and dry it. Get the balls and the anal area. Yes the anal area too! I remember when husband and I was trying to do foreplay soon after our wedding , I kept smelling this foul odor coming from his private area. Welp, it was his ass that he did not clean thoroughly beforehand. So now that’s mandatory! We both mouthwash and clean our private areas (even if it’s a bird bath, or using cleansing wipes) BEFORE AND AFTER any forms of sex. This ensures that we are CLEAN and SAFE. this way we don’t have to make any visits to the doctor and go without sex due to treatment 😒
