And you lost, because Cave Spring was the shit. They killed us in baseball every year. It was like their whole team threw 80mph plus at a young age, and they all were good at batting and fielding too. We never saw that kind of speed much in Alleghany County. I threw fast, but I never hit off myself, so that didn't help me when facing teams like theirs.

Love JJ. I went to Duke '96-'98. Tough years but when Cappell hit the half court shot to go overtime with Carolina. I am Dukie for life. JJ is my favorite player. I have two sons playing in College now at the United States Merchant Marine Academy. Oldest will start Navy SEAL school next summer. I would love to come watch him play in LA and then meet him when I am visiting my son. Second son is a shooter like JJ! He broke the school record for most 3's in a season (111) and most in a game (12). He works hard just like JJ. JJ is his favorite player. He reports to the USMMA this summer as a Plebe. Good stuff! Go Duke!
