My very first impression was ...this is CHEAP looking. It seems like its all plastic and generally flimsey all over. The plastic locking mechanisms used also look like they will not last. Electrical operation of the wheel is flawed and a deal killer if the $700 price for this doesnt scare you. Any time savings because of the 26" deck are negated by the time wasted starting and stopping for every turn.

26" electric? WTF? No way that works well. All those dropped clippings = slow blade speed = not enough power...... There's a reason ALL the other E mowers use very light and single blades. (or tiny little razor blades) WIder wheels lay more grass down before the cut. Powersmart? First time i've heard that of that Brand.

I have a 7 year old 21" 56v poulan pro mower push only, and this 26" cuts similar but it has way more power- I would need 2 5ah batteries to barely do what this 26" did, plus no way can mine handle thick grass this tall- even with it blowing out the side shute. I am impressed with the power of this thing. Dealbreaker for me is the horrible drive power control that won't shut off without killing the cutting motor.

Good review on this Mower. It seems like most everything is getting cheaper and put together without great care. I can see why battery would run low having to start and stop all the time. Does this have 2 Motors? I just did the front steering on my 2 yr old 30 in Cub Cadet riding mower, from my research this is a standard factory thing. It was easty to do, I just dont trust the Dealer from a past experience. And the thing Vibrated a lot. Turned out to be a bad factory blade. The Dealer could not find it. Besides other stuff. Thanks for teaching about these new products.

@@lopincol that would be an interesting comparison. My big question is though why would toro put only a 60v motor on that wide deck. That’s the same size as their 21” model. That’s too small in my opinion. I’m willing to bet that toro only runs for about 30 minutes or less.
