I got it the other day very potent and the smell is lush. For the price point your getting a lot really and today just ordered jaun Paul gautier ultra male and waiting impatiently for it to be delivered. Both are blind buys and I think they were good blind buys hoping ultra male is as good as they say. I like 1 million so if it's leaning towards that then I'm game. Another one he rarely mentions is versache blue jeans.....it's what I always wear it's a fantastic cheap scent and the lady's love it. I paid like 16 quid for 75 ml bottle it's my go to.

@Channel That's the thing though, coty owns cool water and it really sucks now compared to 90s formulation. I don't know what this guy is talking about, as cool water isn't even worth the measly 20 dollars charged for a regular size bottle. You might as well just spend 15 or 20 bucks more and get cool water intense or run wild. At least those fragrances last and don't smell like your sleazy uncle.

It's dirt cheap and I love it. Not a signature scent for me, but as a summertime fragrance, it's perfect. The longevity is immense and smells better and better as it settles into a skin scent. It smells like Bic Biro ink at one point during the dry down but it improves. Not my signature fragrance but lovely as it calms down

Cool Water is always a decent go to fragrance, but I disagree when you say it's the only Davidoff you should buy, I also have 'The Game' (have you reviewed it?) and I think it's reasonably priced and it lasts the majority of my working day. Yes the top note is very strong and smells dollar storish but then when it drys off you get that minty fresh flower sort of smell. It's a good performer too people spraying it wrong to say that it don't perform well.

I did make a blind buy after Jeremy suggested this is the only good Davidoff fragrance. I am familiar with the smell, I had it before as an aftershave and I liked it. It was a bit too intense at the opening at first but it growed on me. It really does have respectable performance and I think that people have forgotten about this fragrance where I live. It is not that common. I don't mean that it is something exotic but definitely not as worn-out as the One Million.

While actually cool water is the best Davidoff fragrance in terms of most popular, in actuality it’s not thee “best”, fame doesn’t mean it is and underrated ones should not be overlooked, because grapefruit & sage (a fresh take) and oceanic (a summer/beach take) are great cool water flankers! They are different so feels like you’re wearing something new, not common so ppl will wonder what you’re wearing and smell completely different from cool water but nonetheless great! Night dive, intense and parfum version are different and decent as well. try them but go in as if you are trying a new line released instead of just comparing to cool water or as if you are trying them out oldies or just flankers. Forget the rest.

I love Cool Water. I have 2 very old bottles. I don't think it smells like GIT. I simply don't get the comparisons. It's spikier, fresher, and sportier. GIT is smoother, more elegant and formal to my nose. I'd like to see a comparison between vintage CW vs new.

If you want green, get Cool Water (it is just a cheaper Green Irish Tweed) If you want sweet sharp lemony-citrus, get Curve (by Lis Claiborne) (That is a cheaper Chanel Egoiste Platinum) If you want wild-sexy spicy get Axe - Africa (Also known as Axe Kilo ) If you want something proper get Drakkar Noir. All are good. One also "proper" :)

I use cool water since the late 90's. I love the scent, but the performance is really terrible. Don't expect it to last more then 2-3 hours. Older bottles performed much better. It's a shame how almost every legendary fragrance badly reformulated. You would think reformulating improve perfomance/scent and not the opposite.

This one smells so great, but I personally don't think the performance is that good.. maybe 1-2 hour.. but for this kind of light fresh scent it does perform excellently. For the price everyone should have this fragrance. It is a must have imho.

"COOL WATER WAVE" smells really good too, my friend. I live at the Caribbean and WAVE is a really refreshing fragrance for this kind of warm weather. Don´t say not to buy it just because yo don´t like it. It would be better to give the advice "Test it before buy it" at the stores. Keep in mind that you are a huge infulence over your followers and maybe they will not try a fragrance that they could love just beacuse you dont´t like it. Anyways; I love your videos, man.

I first bought cool water in 1998 when I was 16. I have tried many different other leading brands but always come back to it. Nothing compares to its freshness. It always went very well with Lynz Atlantis deodorant unfortunately no longer available. A great fragrances since 1988.

Cool Water Wave is pretty good, honestly. I actually prefer that one over the original. Cool Water and Coty Aspen emulate Creed's Green Irish Tweed anyways, but just on a cheaper more synthetic level. Cool Water Wave is like Paco Rabanne's Invictus Aqua mixed with Montblanc's Legend Spirit and is very pleasant, though still a bit cheap smelling (hence the price)...but it still works phenomenally and I love the scent.
