Ways to repair hair after colouring : 1. Coat hair and massage the scalp with oil (recommended to use coconut oil) for about 30 to 40 mins for a minimum of 2 to 3 times a week. 2. Have a gap of about 8 to 10 weeks before doing the next hair colouring. 3. Wash hair with cool or room-temperature water. Do not rinse hair with warm or hot water. 4. Where possible, reduce or avoid chemical products and use all natural products for shampoo, conditioner and hair colour.

Dr. .....Henna is a metallic dye, which is not good for hair colouring.I have damaged my hair with henna. Don’t colour your hair until you have a lot of grey hair, instead massage your head with any good oil. If you want to colour your hair just for the sake of fashion then go to a good hair salon.

Hello doctor Vivek, First thing I recently started watching ur videos and found them very useful thank you for the simple remedies. Would mind making a video of pre mature grey hair, I have this problem from past few years and never bothered about it soo much to see or take care of it at the initial stage and was not even interested to find the root cause of it. But now I know it's very late that I realized the same and trying to have a better lifestyle than before but still I am unable fix this permanently. I have to use color every 2 weeks coz of this issue, though I tried using ayurvedic or natural remedies to keep my hair in same color am still not happy with it. Henna is very difficult to remove from hair If you're using a hairdresser let your hairdresser know you have used in it before you try to color your hair with professional salon color some chemical reaction can make it smoke. If you want light highlights do not use henna ,if you like dark hair it works.
