I went to do blood work as a routine and the dr told me my vitamin d was low and at the same time my hair was shedding bad so now I’m taking vitamin d3 so I hope it helps

Thanks for this video its very helpful.💛 Can you elaborate on how to completely balance Pitta or what to do for who have severe case of thinning of hairs followed by hairfall, dark circles over eyes , easily irritated angered nature, and weak gums teeths nails. Also the palms and top of head (the scalp area) feels too hot many times.

Oil yr hair ..keep oil on hair..check.vit DVit C..eat tablets of both .. have zinc magnesium calcium.. ..stop eating junk...estrogen imbalance..stress .. Use shikakai n reetha ..not shampoo.

I use Triphala 3:2:1 sold by gaurashtra. We should consume in that ratio only as advised by late Rajiv Dixit Sir🙏. Many Indian product don't mention that ratio and has less effective. Thank you doctor for bringing mix of modern medicine and Ayurvedic 🙏
