Thanks for this great story! Assumptions can be so destructive. Instead of speaking to people to find out what's going on, we assume we know. Probably we are more often wrong instead of correct! And we also expect that people are supposed to KNOW what we need and get angry when they are wrong! It's always best to ask and tell- that way there's no confusion!
