i have a co-worker that i am teamed up with and he dont communicate 100% of the time and gets annoyed or angry that he is forced to use words to communicate he expects me to basically read his mind and follow his head movements to signal what he wants me to do. i have told him that for me to understand wtf he wants use words, it only words for a day or two then its back to the same pattern. i like my job and have a stable life and i dont want to quit. why does it seem that every work place has that one person that makes work annoying.

I read “ the magic of thinking big” when I was 20. It definitely fueled my confidence to go after and secure the position I wanted at Nike! I had nothing to lose I I just kept pursuing it. Thanks for the reminder!! I will reread it.

I am a Christian suffering with an inferiority complex. I know the truth, I know that I have value, but still being around them doesn't make me feel good, and most of them don't want to really be around me anyways. Is it a good idea to stay away from people who make you feel inferior? Would I be better off only pursuing friendships with people who are more like me?

Nothing new that I didn't know.... Your method works if it is about normal annoyance that you talked about. My coworker who sits right beside me clears her throat really loud every 1-3 minutes. I am not joking. I counted them. I know she cannot help it nor her fault. It could be medical condition or anxiety/tic. But I am literally losing my mind. I spoke to the manager and she is okay for me to work at different desk but only part of the day - couple of hours for me to take a break from listening to her. It's nice to be away from her for few hours but the trouble is, our office is so small and walls are paper-thin, I can hear her anywhere I go. Even in the bathroom. I tried ear buds, listened to music/pod cast etc., meditation, breathing technique, going for a walk during break, etc. I didn't try to change her. I tried different method to not to be consumed by it. Nothing worked. I cannot just quit the job and find another because I am a single parent and where I live, it is hard to find another position in the industry I am in with similar pay. I've been working with her for a year. I am at the end of the rope. Today, it was so irritating, I wanted to cry and get up and leave. Even after I came home, that noise is in my ear, I just wanted to cry. Any advise that I haven't tried?

I’m alert now, sooo awake. 19:00 I would have given in or said “Yes” last time to avoid conflict too. I’m still learning to stand strong. I can only do that by knowing who I am, what my values are. My inner voice still beats myself up when I give in out of habit, but now I’m observing and catching it quicker. So there’s conflict🤷🏻‍♀️. I’m entitled to have my own thoughts, opinions, choices that may differ from others. And I will speak my truth, because I’m allowed to hold authentic space, I am no longer invisible, I have value to offer the world around me. That’s a shame that it makes others uncomfortable who don’t care about me anyway. They think they were uncomfortable before, they haven’t seen the new reality.

Small office 6 people, work can be intense, volume or detail wise or both. Environment ideal, no cattiness/politics, friendly, loving and supportive employees. We try to get our work done. My Problem: productive, multi-tasking, bright coworker is very, very, VERY talkative. Gets her work done and done well regardless. Result: distracted, interrupted, unable to focus coworker who stays late too often and constantly struggles. Fed up. Years in. Advice?

I have an issue where one of the managers I have is constantly micro-managing or constantly scrutinising my work when my other supervisors are on holiday. It’s effecting the way I work as I fall behind on the tasks I am supposed to do day to day.

So weird. I ask this when assessing pain from an injury... didn't think to ask for emotions. I love it! So much easier to see where they really are at according to them and helps them to see where they are too. I'll add this to my toolbox - or.... bring it back up since it's always been there but only for certain situations. Thanks Susie!

I really dont know what to do with a female co worker of mine thats really annoying like asking the same question despite having it confirmed already in a short interval, its really frustrating. Can someone give me advice? I have been trying really nice and not trying to be straightforward to say whats really in my mind, working with her really stressing me the f out at work.

Thanx, i paint a lot but i think the marijuana doctor gave me for pain i am using to escape and i am a recovered alcoholic, my creativity is being destroyed by the drug, i want to write my life story, it was like the host (i am Australian too) xtremely traumatic and i suffer from anxiety and depression, i isolate, but i enjoy being alone with my ragdoll 🎨 and drawing too so this works well but i have lost my best friend, don't do AA anymore😢!! VERY misleading Interview! "Empatic Confrontation" and "Limited Reparenting" are important interventions in Schema Therapy with a Narcissist! BUT the therapist needs to have leverage and be very experienced in this Personality Disorder! IF you try to do this in your private life, they will exploit your Empathy!

Fixing the process of Walmart's shopping cart repair. Maintaining 11-13 %interest stock wise Quantified a constant 63% positive customer survey feedback. The rest don't fill them out. I'm terrible at leading. Outsold KFC's 3 cookies for 1 dollar with McDonald's 2 for 1 This video didn't really help. I'm pretty sad now.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 6 months ago about self development. Now I have 581 subs and > 100 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@susie-moore Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say based on your posts and profile, you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZbin channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a KZbinr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this KZbin thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

The coworkers who annoy me the most are the ones who, for some reason, feel the need to tell you about every little detail of their personal life, as if you're their personal therapist or something. I don't mean to be antisocial or anything, but I'm the type of person who wants to just focus on their work when there's work to be done. I'm here to do my job and get paid, not be your free therapist lol

What happens when you're put in a position of psuedo authority, but the new hires are unpleasant, highly reactionary to any criticism or correction or even requests, lazy, manipulative, deceitful, wasteful, clutterbugs, make decisions that make zero sense, have zero concept of time or cost efficiency, and instead of working like to hang around and regale you about how everybody hates them? Asking for a friend.
