If I'm having a hard time making a decision - First I try "yes" I will do it . If I say "yes " and I feel calm and peaceful then I know it's the right choice, if I still worry or obsess, then I try the "no" option and see if that makes me feel better. Trust your intuition - also most decisions are not going to "end" your life, if you make a mistake(just a human thing...lol) you will learn and grow. 😉 Thanks for your videos !

@ 😂😂 I think that every decision will always be the right decision! I think we’re always in the right place at the right time. But I also think that there’s the decision that will keep you in a cycle, and there’s the decision that will help you end that cycle and step into the new. And if we make the decision to stay in the cycle, I’m sure there’s a ton that we will learn there. So there’s no right or wrong, but if you define ‘right’ as the direction of setting yourself up for more freedom from old patterns, then the right decision will often be the hardest one (aka the more unfamiliar one)

Two conversions I constantly use is if you ran 6 miles. 3 is halve of 6, 3+6=9km. Yeah, it's not 100% accurate but it's close enough for a quick calculation. Our speed limit is 120km/h. That equals 2km/minute. When I see I'm 50 km from the next town I'll arrive in 25 minutes.
