The NPC Beggars also have Diseases, but not the other NPCs in the cities. The Shivering Isles beggars have one word for their names.

It's more just mean. Naming them things like 'Puny' and 'Foul' is fairly unkind 🥲 I could comment on the discrimination homeless people see in media or everyday life, which is awful of course, but they are just pixels at the end of the day 🪶
