@@RetireandGo I had Cancer surgery, so I don't recommend that technique, but I had been overseas before, so yes I had positive travel experiences. I retired early because I didn't want to start over in the USofA, and that turned out to be the best choice!

mahalo... from socal, i got less than 5 years to go, myself, counting down, brother! i know exactculy of what you are saying when it comes to retirement. most are scare to retire. i got colleague who work for 44 years, retired than live for less than five years after that. bro, life is to short that why is better to retire when you can; take that opportunity to curve out another chapter. after this chapter... i think i got 4 more to go.

@@RetireandGosocal, been here since 1979 after we came from thailand... i was born back in laos during the secret war. currently researching and writing BOOK OF LIFE a story about our journey from xieng khouang to escaping the communist in laos from 1977. got locked up in nongkhai refugee camp one of the biggest open air jail in thailand from 1977 to 1979, then through my dad and my uncle was working for the cia's surrogate army known as the special guerrila unit (gsu) and that was our ticket to america. 7-8 years later joined the us navy. i am pressing to get this book done right before my retirement on thanksgiving of 2028. i am half done. thus far. social today was about 85, but felt like 90, dry heat is always good.

I also do KZbin and only film on my phone. Its just the light. If you film between 11am and 4pm the whites will blow out. I love filming in 'golden hour' around 5.30pm ish. You can avoid the white blow out if you adjust the color balance, but really its no big deal in your videos. Also in this part of the world after 3pm is best time to be out as its less harsh sun.@@RetireandGo

I'm next door in Myanmar. I retired from being a Director of bla bla. Became a teacher and worked all over the world for a decade (real teacher not an English Teacher). Now on my last contract before I retire. Retire to me just means transition to the next thing. The next thing is KZbin which I already started, fashion stuff and a couple of other ventures.

Very poor comment about English teachers like any jobs their are folks who represent it poorly! That tone in your written comment reflects what many English language teachers think of so called main stream teachers that graduated from a University and went abroad as they couldn't cope with classroom management issues of Western school systems so went to Asia......just my thoughts enjoy!

Retirement means shifting from a stressful life where you're not so happy to a life where you're happy. Retirement doesn't mean you stop earning money, that you no longer care about money, that you no longer work at something, or that you do nothing. Retirement means retiring from a life you don't like to a life you like. That's all it means. Dude! Excellent videos but you eat too much bread and other flour-based food. It shows on you. Don't eat bread or sweets for a week and see how you feel and look.
