Jord...my little sis, has NEVER had a hobby, in her life. Her self esteem is in the pitts, always has been. Through me, she has found YOU. She has totally, for the first time ever, been inspired my friend. And like me, and everyone else in this community, has totally fallen in love with you. She calls me, every day, and tells me all about you, your wonderful humor, and the detail and patience your channel has. You may have just given my baby sis, a new lease in life! She has for YEARS, suffered from depression. IN 2007, Her teenage daughter, was nearly killed. In a motorcycle crash. She lived, but suffered severe spinal cord injury, and lives with my sus, who takes care of her, every need as a quadriplegic. Bless you Jord, from the bottom of my heart and soul...Ive been trying to crack her creative side open, her whole life, and ONE time. Seeing you, and your channel my friend, have given her HOPE!! I AM FOREVER GREATFUL MY FRIEND!! LOVE YOU, LOVE YOU!!

Jordy, great video. Listening to you is just like being in your shop with you. I found a piece of drift wood in fresh water that was the right size, turned the iPad on, and started working. It took me much longer than your instructions but it had a good wood spirit look. My wife loved it. I put a hook in the top and she hung it from a thee so she could see it while she is gardening. Thanks for the putting a little fun in my marriage. Now I only have a few more days to fix something for Valentine’s Day.

Ah man, this is just magic! You’ve really inspired me to give this a real go. My Dad passed away recently (he was a stone carver) and taught me a little over the years, some of the principles seem the same, and my Aunty would absolutely love one of these in her brothers image! He had a full beard and moustache too so I can follow along with this as a guide. Thank you very much! I’m truly excited to get going🙂

I‘ve been catching up on most of your vids , if not all , over the last few weeks and have enjoyed them immensely. As a result of that I‘ve started carving myself ( wood I mean , not myself !) and I‘m really enjoying it . So a big thanks for that ! I joined in your live carve yesterday evening ( zombie wood spirit ) and had fun reading all the comments, a large but very close family it seems 😃 My only problem is getting the Kutzall burrs from Amazon, delivery time upto 3 weeks , but I am in Bremen, Germany . Anyway , stay safe and healthy and that goes for all of your huge family !
