You should make a bunch of birdhouses that look like heads on a stake man, with bird entrances like, in the missing eyeball or whatever. Would really be a conversation starter in the neighborhood.

Re the nose.blowing out, how many folks (other than those who have had cosmetic surgery) have equal faces? It's the differences that make it look more real IMHO as an artist, mini modeller and painter. 😊 Great stuff mate, I always love see the faces of my nephews and nieces when I hand over makings like this. Jordy i found that I could save time by not cutting the bird hole , I just put a little honey and sprinkle some ants in a circle and the woodpeckers eat the ants it’s fun you should try it!?

Nice Jordy, love your carving. I just finished my 2nd bird house. I use Gorilla wood glue to secure the face onto the bird house so I don't have screws in the face. I put a removable back on it for cleaning it out. Also use a 2x6 for the face. What is that small torch you have? I use a propane torch and it's great but hard to get in the small areas without burning the heck out of the other areas. Thanks again for your channel. You are an inspiration to me and many others.
