Honey are you SURE that this was beginner level? I am shaking and literally dying here on my mat. I wanted to try out barre and I thought doing your beginner video would be helpful. I hate that burn but I love the afterward feeling. Guess I‘ll do Pilates and Barre now😂 such a great workout! Keep that work going love!

This was wonderful. I need a break from weightlifting and wanted to try something new. Raven has a lovely way about her and I was not at all bored. There were definitely moments that were challenging and so as someone who is decently in shape already, I can see a non-beginner course be right up my alley. I'm going to go find my next one of hers to do. Thank you for providing your videos!
