I just got served a slice of Humble pie! Why I thought this would be "easier" than pilates...girl my legs were shaking uncontrollably by the end! Thank you Raven for letting me know Barre isn't to be played with 😂😂

My legs are shaking after this workout. Love the integration of balance work. Doing your videos daily for one month. Lost 5 lbs and my blood sugar levels have stabilized. Thank you! You are an amazing Pilates instructor

Oooh girl! I was sweating! I’m committing to 30 days of Pilates. I used to be super athletic, but single mom duties and working my first full time job took a lot of time and energy from me. I’ve gotta be honest, starting over as a beginner does not feel good, but I’m excited to see what this body can do! Thanks for a great workout!

Loved, loved this work out Raver 😂it requires some awesome commitment to breathing in and out and continuously investing on making that move, and surprisingly my body responds. This is my fourth bare workout with your channel. I always feel awesome after a barre workout and more balanced. I love working out standing coz I sit most hours in my day when doing my focus work.❤‍🔥❤🔥
