Hi Leilah. I just did this practice. It was really good for my body. I could feel my whole body, esp. with the joints were being stretched and strengthen. Could you please make more slow videos like this? I think this kind of movement is much more needed in this fast pace world. The slow movements can be a great thing to connect with our body. Thanks :)

I love your dance, I'm Egyptian and I know how to dance but not professional as you. I know how to perform your movements, but I always forget to add all the layers together and also syncing up my arms with my body movements is a bit awkward at first. Any tips please?

Lovely to meet you! Arms are always the hardest part. So I always suggest , if your a beginner start with legs and hips and keep the arms very simple , like out to the side or framing the hips. As you get more comfortable . Very slowly add simple arm movement but practice first so it will be neat. It’s important that your elbows are often bent and fingers are controlled. Otherwise this can make things a little messy. Keeping things simple is a great start however ❤️❤️
