@@hecate7278 the numbers refer to the supply count on the top right corner of the in game screen. Each unit has a supply cost. So when you reach 17 supply (which is typically all drones before the spawning pool) you want to make a gas geyser. Then you drop down to 16 because you used a drone to make the geyser and want to hit 17 supply before placing the pool. You do that in sequence for each unit/building and that's your build order.

Haha, I've played Ladder with Zerg first time today and instantly reached higher MMR than my ~200 Laddergames Toss ever had. (Yeah, yeah, I suck, I know ...) And I'm cheesing hard with Toss too. I can't remember beating a Diamond-Zerg before. Today several times. Also learned a lot about scouting and holding this shit. Very nice build! Thanks.

I only put 1 or 2 drones on gas. Usually by the time I begin my rush the speed upgrade is ready i try prioritizing the minerals/numbers/queens over upgrades

I haven't played any zerg 1v1 prior to this video, but I managed to beat even diamond league players with this build. I find no joy in winning anymore. Will go back to protoss macro.

@@maxmustermann3811 Against Terran yeah, but Toss or Zerg it's fine. Toss can't wall as easily as Terran and Zergs never wall unless they scout it.

Drone, take a 3rd base, refill the gas in your main once you hit 30 drones and start a 2nd gas, add roach warren. It's playable depending on how well you and your opponent macro off the back of it, but it's called a cheese for a reason. xD

If you scout early wall with overlord, you can leave the drones in the gas and do a baneling bust I suppose.

Put overlords in main paths of potential lings at start of the game, when you see them come, export all drones from b2 to 1, put queens in the ramp to create a wall in hold position. Also start making your own lings/banes asap when you scout something fishy is going on.

as a typical EU gold zerg I just used this build to break into EU Diamond 3. And I even executed the build poorly. So you can probably go very far with the build if you execute cleanly. Of course it is also micro heavy. But with that little macro you have lots of time for micro.

have a wall ready with a single block gap for a zealot(or adept). This strategy should fail to wall offs. Remember to make your wall out of warp gates and cybernetic cores and not pylons to protect from a baneling bust
