I would say as an intermediate/experienced crocheter, it's a little slow for me but fast forwarding through the video was perfectly fine for me and I think this video would have been PERFECT if I was barely starting out so I think you did amazing! I think beginners would be able to follow this no problem 🥰 great job!

Same, I had tonwatch a couple different videos from a couple different people for the magic circle to stick. The magic circle video that worked best for me was by sigoni macaroni (I think that's how you spell it lol) I also practiced doing a chain and the circle over and over again. You'll get it don't worry, it took me a good few attempts and doesn't look no where as need as hers but I still did it 😊

So many comments about how this would be great for beginners and was too slow for someone not starting out has me dead. It literally says beginner in the name/title of the video. I found this video to be very helpful, but i think i should have turned my pot inside out before securing the rim of the pot. I'm working on #2 to see if it makes a difference. Thank you for the instructions/tutorial for us people just learning.

You hide the tails inside the plant! It’s called weaving in your tails!

Love it! I'm confused about one thing though- when making the plant part with the scalloped edges, I only end up with 5 bumps as opposed to your 10ish. I tried a second time and the same thing happened. Any idea what's going on?

You could make the chain longer in the beginning if you want to add more scallops!
