I love the idea of adding the hats to your pieces. It gives the piece a lot of character. The way you did the owl eyes almost makes it look feminine, which I kind of like with the gruff look of the man. Also, I like when you use the sanding mandrel, after you’ve put the finish on the piece. The highlights give it depth and when there is grain in the wood, it makes it pop. All in all Jordy Thanks for sharing and teaching us all those little details that go into making a great piece of art 😎

Jordy I enjoy the HELL out of your videos. At 64 I am finally trying wood carving, unfortunately the State of Texas is under a burn ban , and I can't dispose of all my botched attempts. On the bright side I have plenty of toothpicks. Please feel better and can't wait for your next video.
