What about if you have no upper arm strength to pick yourself up I mean how do you do that now
@CoffeeNRoblox Жыл бұрын
I had that problem too. I looked up. I couldnt even practice the beginner moves for more than 2 seconds because my arms were too weak lol. But just keep lifting yourself randomly throughout the day. Id do a quick twirl on the way to the bathroom, and just kept doing it whenever id walk by my pole. I been at it for a month now and i can finally hold myself long enough to complete the moves.

For beginners would you recommend a spin pole or the stationary one?
@FIT2FLAUNT4 жыл бұрын
I recommend staring on static for the first few weeks to be honest 💜

I had a question 😁 I have a 50mm pole and I have very small hands. I’ve been told it doesn’t matter what you learn on is that true? I just bought it and would rather not sell and buy another lol do you think it’s worth it to just buy a smaller one? Or just keep going with the one I have? Thank you ☺️

Anyone? Lol
@FIT2FLAUNT3 жыл бұрын
100% get a 45 if you can. I would only recommend training on the 50 if you're a dancer and that's what they use in the club. It's actually a huge difference between the two. We sell them in Chrome and Silicone whenever you're ready to switch over 💜

How to improve my chair spin? I end up crunching up my body.
@BringMeTheRadke2 жыл бұрын
if you mean crunch like you come in too close to the pole, try kicking out harder/faster so the momentum pulls you away from the pole for longer

yes, our poles have both static and spin functionality.
