Hey girl! I’m so proud of you for EVERYTHING you have accomplished. I’m not gonna lie at first I judged you, I came across a video of yours after the divorce and I said to myself “typical bitter baby momma”….BUT something said just watch her for a while and see….girl I learned my lesson not to judge. You are the most sincere, honest and REAL person I have come across on this here internet. You are doing a great job handling and holding things down. I see nothing but greatness in your future. Suggestion….Do an accountability group? I’m also into fitness and bettering my health and would love a group check in or something like that. I applaud you little sis, you didn't add any seasoning garlic, onion powder, Mrs. Dash butter or anything to this food. You ate this food straight out of the packages, your will power is strong. It is so hard for me to eat unseasoned food, with every bite I would have cried. I am proud of you girl you deserve the success that you are seeing in your weight loss journey.

Hey Ms Mahogany, Help!!! I'm where you started out. I'm older than you, I'm 5'7 I've been trying to loose weight and nothings working. I don't do Pork or Beef. If you can help please let me know. I've always been very thin. After having 3 kids I still struggled to gain weight. I injured my back approx 15 years ago. The treatments assisted in my weight gaining. Hi I don't know who you are Ma'am buy yourself a Squat and Row exercise bike it is very helpful and also easy to use wet weight loss journey. It targets all the muscles in the body with working out. The squat and row bike is also easy on your back
