I've done a basic wire wrapping course at a jewelry making club I belonged to in Arizona. Snow bird. You make it very easy to follow and I've picked up quite a few techniques you use. I have a lot of thinner irregular shaped cabs and I need something to use on them. I've mostly been doing tree of life on them.😊 any suggestions would be greatly appreciated ❤

I had an idea that maybe when you’re weaving the bail, to keep the wire from slipping upward maybe we could use ear backs? you know those silicone ones put them on both sides of the wire, and then just weave on and as we weave , the silicone backing would move but not enough to move the stitches out of place. I’ve been sick with the flu but I really want to try this for myself. 🤔

I generally don't use faceted stones in this setting, because I haven't ever felt that I could get one properly secured. I have a different bail style I use for facets, I'll have to make a tutorial for that one in the future!
