I just finished setting mine up and created 5 pages in total 1 to start obs 2 to start my streaming intro 3 gameplay with face cam 4 just the gameplay 5 just the face cam ! Thank you so much! I was so confused on how to use this because it looked so different from iOS and Mac but changing the color helped a lot!

at 6:38. "if you hit refresh on your tablet". For a start, I have no refresh button, and when do you run the TP on your tablet and connect? You dont mention this. Whats an OBS application? When do I need to run itg?

My iPad is connected. I "Go to the" button. two "Press to" buttons and an "on" button. These buttons control Google Chrome on my Mac. THe desktop is set to open Davinci Resolve. ?????

You can do this by having a If/Also statement in the logic section. If “this action plays” then you turn the button state on. When you push the button again you can turn it off. I have done videos on this.. if you follow along with the touch portal playlist.

I'm trying to make a full switch to Linux and this is one subject I keep having concerns. Being a new user to Linux and learning that my stream deck alternative razer controller also known as a loupe deck, same one as shown above, has a software under the tyrant control of adobe.... I'm looking for a way to not feel like I wasted just under 200 just over a year ago when I do fully make the leap to Linux full time. Any help with this would be appreciated because the research on this topic is very lopsided when talking about using WINE or actually having an open source app that can pick up the device.

I followed your instructions, I use stream labs OBS. When I made the button, I click it, the program opens and just freezes. "Not Responding" Cannot make it work. If I open it any other way it works fine, but when I open it with touch portal it freezes immediately.

have you tried usb connection on touch portal? i tried mine doesnt work im not sure whats missing, it keep asking for the same connectioni would love to use usb connection if you have any idea

Only works w android devices and wireless is still the better method

I watched your video. I am a stream deck user and have followed your instructions on using touch portal. I have it installed and it connects to the touch portal on my computer but when I add buttons, (2) nothing shows up on my touch portal on my phone..Why? IP is okay and it recongnized the computer so what's wrong??

You see left bottom a IP-adress and port. fill these in in your app at the settings. I suggest the setup-wizard

This REALLY looks like cook software. It is java based and so should be able to work on any operating system. But, so far they are not releasing the actual jar files so it is a bit janky on linux. My phone has no problem connecting to it. But nope... ipads so far are not connection. I am not sure why but looks this might still be sort of beta software.

Upgrading the ipad operating system to 14.0.1 fixed the issue. It now connects from either the iphone or the ipad. Sweet!

Yeah, I figured if you're using an ipad 2 then a mini is probably capable. It's not working though. I created the launch OBS button at the beginning of tutorial but tis not working. I'm trying to figure out whats going on.

@@ShugarMeat just be sure the device is connected to your desktop app. May just need a restart. And yeah, touch portal is very lightweight doesnt require anything fancy

Touch Portal won’t have any viruses - you may get a warning of risk but there aren’t viruses - however, can’t speak for any plugins
