Great video and suggestions 💯! I started training with rings not too long ago, and it's a humbling experience to say the least 😅.

Could you incorporate Ring Rows and Hanging Leg tucks in this routine aswell? I’ve been following this format for a while: Warmup: Resistance band and hanging+contracting scapula A . Ring holds 5-6 sets 5-15 sec (Hard version)Few times my elbow hurts a little.. then I just do regular and it works fine. Still want 32mm rings - - - - - B. Ring row 5-10 reps 3-4 sets progressively lowering(focus on contracting shoulder blades at the top for 2-3s. - - - C. Tuck to invert hold 1-5 reps w / 3 sec pause 5-6sets ( Regression High Knee Tucks - Straight Leg Raises 10x3) - - - D. Ring Pushups 3-6 reps 3-4 sets( Usually do 3-4 but then I do 5-7 Negatives) - - -

I’ve also used the push up support hold the last 2 workouts and managed 60s,48s last 61s. It really felt in the core but also working the stability

@@eliaspkay This is awesome, as long as it pertains to your goals I don’t see why not. For those support holds during RTO if the elbow hurts back off for a bit and slowly work towards them (45 degree turn outs or pulsing into them). 32mm rings could also help. It seems like you are diligent with tracking yourself, stick to this if it’s working for you as that’s what matters most. There’s no perfect routine, the only perfect routine is the one that’s working for you, keep it up! 💯

Having gone through this (comically) I suggest having a box or small ladder to step up and settle on to the ring hold rather than jumping up to them.

100% agreed, I talk about that at 6:34. Saving the small amount of extra effort can make a big difference with your execution. Thanks for watching 💯

Hey was wondering how you were able to lose fat and gain muscle during your Body by Rings Journey? Did you count calories or do something else? :)
