This is it. Been intuitively doing this since finding out the only thing that relieved my hamstrings was rdls and then started playing around with my own body weight with bent knees and trying to straighten them (basically the opposite of an RDL) in conjunction and man, this shit works. Even feeling it in the glutes, the calves and ofc the hammies. Earned a sub. Very good work
