In this video Coach JD shows basic kickboxing techniques, how to do them, and how to not look like a complete noob when you jump into your first kickboxing class. Starting at the basic stance and presenting the basic details for the first three punches, the jab, cross, and lead hook. Then moving on to the first two kicks in basic kickboxing training as well as within a fitness kickboxing routine. Finally, JD gives us a couple combinations that you can work with.
