Aaah this was perfect! Nice and slow but not boring! The comparison sentences where especially helpful for comprehension I thought. Will have a look again tomorrow and see if I understand some more. The exercises on your Patreon, would you say they are around this level too? I'm doing the workbook "Colloquial Hungarian" right now, but it's not super interesting and I think I need more practical exercises. Looking forward to the next video whatever it is! ❤

Egyik a leghasznosabb video valaha ! Csak hogy tudd, nagyon ertekelem a nagy erofeszitesed Lila. mindent tokeletes ebben a videoban: a beszed sebessege, a feliratok, a tema. Szerintem haladobb vagyok mint ez a video szinte de elvezted minden szot megerteni es remelhetoleg rengeteg fetolteseid lesz . Termeszetesen mar feliratkoztam es a "Like-t" gombot nyomtam meg.

@ ah ok yes sure I will look into that. Just to explain, I’m in my 50s and remembering vocabulary is quite a challenge! I’m totally OK with pronunciation and grammar, but remembering vocabulary is really hard. My late father was Hungarian so I was exposed to it all my life, but never learned it properly, but I want to learn it properly now in honour of his memory! I’m currently using a popular app starting with the letter D… but I’m a bit bored with it, and actually your videos are really helpful because I can hear the words and grammatical constructs in a proper context. At some point I might like to watch Hungarian films or TV series, but with subtitles. However, these are a little bit hard to find. Do you have any tips on that point? Thanks a million!
