Not a beginner rebounder so, I used this as a perfect finisher to another more intense 30 minute choreography rebounding workout!! It was just right!! 👏👏👍!!

Wow! This is great! I used to work out religiously before illness, going back to school & other responsibilities got in the way, leading me to gain 20 pounds! Regular workouts are now to stressful for my body to handle as I recover but this workout is perfect for me!! So thankful and hopeful that I can get my health back! Your videos are fun, cheerful, and encouraging. Thanks so much and be blessed continually!!!🎉

Sorry, but I'm not feeling this one. Music is meh, beginning moves were a bit tedious, and the breaks were too often and too long. I understand you get money from commercials, but this video had so many that it bothered the flow. A rare misstep.
