Your short videos are perfect, because they are short but i fell more energised after doing it, more relaxed body and mind! i like it so much because i can take some minutes a day only for myself and it is not long, so i have enough patience and time to do it. Thank you so much, Uliana.

This is lovely, I’ve wanted to start yoga for ages and am starting with absolutely no previous experience. I’ve done this routine for two days and love the feeling of stretching I get from it. Your explanations are easy to follow, and I love the addition of help tips like use of cushion/block, which is really helpful for me. I plan to continue daily sessions, taking the time to do it after hubby has left for work and before the children need waking up for lessons 😁

I loved this so much and I've never felt so light and happy after waking up. I needed something like this to do quick and easy before my online classes in the morning to have a nice start to my day. Your voice and nice and soothing and you give really good instructions. I will be trying to do this every day from now on. Thank you so much for sharing this and all your other amazing videos.
