2 downvotes huh? This is the most helpful volume tutorial on Redshift I've seen. Keep it up!

Hello, how can you render the volumetric light transparent background with redshift? Can't find a solution :)

Can you add "noise" to your volume lights somehow? Like some texture to break it up from being so perfect?
@EffingtonCouldBe4 жыл бұрын
Nice Tut! Thanks! Do you have any "recommended render settings" for broadcast rendering (60fps 1280x720)? Best render quality + best speed? I'm searching the web. ☺
@effectatron4 жыл бұрын
I have a skillshare class where I discuss common render settings if you’d like to check that out. Not specifically for broadcast. If it’s for broadcast then the network or station that you will be sending it too SHOULD tell you the specific settings it needs to be. You can ask them for a spec sheet.

is it possible to add noise (blistered turbulance )in the light for foggy effects

Hey, what is youre redshift version please?I dont have the sames light setting as you, for example i dont have the spread setting. Does it might be because of my redshift version? Or maybe my c4d version (i have the 19.024)
@effectatron5 жыл бұрын
2.6.26. for redshift. It should be isolated to redshift. C4D shouldnt matter. What type of light are you trying to adjust?
@falseee44455 жыл бұрын
@@effectatron the redshift area light. Mine is 2.5.32, it might me because of that. Thanks !

Hello, I need help! I am trying to master the distance between the point "A" (focal on the subject) 0% Fog and the bridge "B" 100% Fog. Is it possible with your techinique? Thank you
@effectatron5 жыл бұрын
Yes. Adjust the Phase so that the fog is stronger near the bridge (away from the camera) and gone at the focal subject. (near the camera) but it depends on your shot. you can also just Use the Fog setting. and Adjust the ground level and Rotate the Fog axis so it falls off towards the camera :)
