I only have 2 diamonds in my lodge a eupian bison and a turkey off the Mississippi map and that was like a month ago the bison was a levale 5 and all of a sudden I found out it was a diamond

At levels with no noise reduction perks I'm running up to whitetail till 200m. Walk to 150 or 130 ish meters. Crouch to 85ish meters. Belly crawl to 50m. Less than 50m super slow belly creep, no noise movement.

I haven't been at level 3 for a very long time and I didn't want to restalk in for that whitetail. I'm back at level 60 where I'm nice and comfy :)

Silver Ridge was my most played and explored map when i started playing cotw,as you said definetely the best map for beginners and i still go back to the map sometimes.Just few days ago i found out that the map has mountain lions which i didn't know before,i never spotted them or found any need zones

I do have a quick question, lol. If you set up for the geese and firing from tripod. Are you able to kill more than the 15 at a time without it causing issues from pressure zones?

There is a free trophy lodge that you can 1 of every animal in the two starter maps and there is one spot for any animal

Another fantastic way to get money is to do the in-game missions. Some reserves pay out better than others (silver ridge missions weren't that fun), however they are some that give you lots of money. That's how I usually make enough for new weapons or gear

Heya LadyLegend - just curious, you go between your Lvl 3 account and Level 60 account- how do you do that? Is it a whole totally separate Steam ID or does the game allow multiple saves? I just save my save file (I'm on PC) somewhere and then restart the game and save it as well and I can just reload either one! Hope that helps! Thanks so much!

Hey! I went hunting for the first time on thanksgiving and yesterday on the 26th. It was a fun time, I didn’t get a buck but I did manage to call in a doe and her fawns (no I didn’t shoot lol) and it was awesome being able to get them in with my first time using the call in the woods. Also saw a bobcat that came up about 8 yards from the ground blind. I hope your hunt goes better than mine!

Go to Te Awaroa. Go into the forest. You’re practically invisible in there. Sit there around a need zone with a bow. Wait. Shoot when you see them.

Smoking Barrels DLC is the best for the early game. M1 10 gauge shotgun and Black powder rifle M1 is superior to the Eckers because it’s semiautomatic so, in the early game, you don’t have to take your eye away from the sight to cycle the action. Black powder has, IMHO, the best stopping power in the game and is hella fun to shoot even if it takes forever and a day to reload. 10 gauge is the best early game for stopping big game because the slugs will take you to level 9 so long as you don’t mind not having a scope.
