So as an older (56) person who's fit and active but lacks mobility (and maybe core strength?) to comfortably do just the beginning part of this (legs overhead, toes touching ground behind head), and feels strain in the neck when turning head to side as feet come overhead, I'm hoping progression and lots of practice is the key. I'm doing the MovNat 50+ cert in Jan. so videos like this are super helpful. What a joy to know getting older doesn't have to mean rusting out. Thanks very much for this video!

Really like your technique. I am aging with osteoporosis but have yoga and ballet in my lifelong discipline. Broke my wrist falling from a push last year so hope to avoid future breaks particularly in the hip. Thanks for the insights.

Need to teach this at my BJJ class. Even the higher belts are terrible at rolls
@NaturalMobility6 жыл бұрын
Yeah, BJJ players should strive to be at "no hands" roll level!

Really great instructional video! On those surfaces too!!?😂💪 I am a barefoot runner and mostly trail run. I have been doing concrete work now up to 8 miles so I know what this takes. Can't wait to see your other videos.
