Pressing reset 3x a day for 10 minutes for a few weeks now. Making a world of difference getting out of bed in the morning, climbing stairs and just making life feel better. I’ve read 3 of your books in the last week and almost done the fourth. Planning to start becoming bulletproof project as soon as possible

I read about Janda. I have started rolling a week ago and noted improved posture. I am almost 70 and I believe this may minimize the flexed Parkinson's posture and restricted movements. I will do these rolling exercises daily for 3 months and monitor my responses. Thanks for your videos on rolling
