Beginner's Luck - Flying Scot: Off the Dock

The Detroit Yacht Club hosts a series of races called the "Off the Dock" races. The races consist of 4 classes of boats which are all based on their PHRF rating. The Flying Scot is a one design boat which means the races are pretty much based on skill alone.
Come along with me and my crew on our first Off the Dock race. Getting out on the water was a little bumpy, but we prevailed and had a hell of a time.
