Why not make a spreadsheet with the item number, name, an image, the item description, and what gauge wire you used? It will be easier to find keywords in a digital document. Or you can list the item number/name and which page of the sketchbook it's in.

I totally would do that if I wasn’t technologically illiterate. I also like having the directions with the drawings I’ve made. It definitely is smart to do though incase I lost my sketchbook or something. I’ll look into it thank you for the suggestion!!
