Brilliant show with Vassos. Thanks for asking my question; I totally agree with all responses and reactions. I kinda meant to provoke that response; to get trail running into a wider consciousness, to encourage and show that it is totally accessible is, to me, the best outcome. Modern media such as KZbin is the way forward, and channels such as this are so good at showcasing our wonderful pastime!

Great interview! Love his cool and his answer to Rob Jordan. I'll be running a 12-hour event in Minnesota (hoping to cover 40 miles) in two months and I am oscillating between feeling like I'll kill it and I'll be killed by it. I'll try to remember Vassos' words! Thank you!

I must say I love the British way of approaching trail running and, even more, fell running! In the US it's starting to be more and more of an exclusive club with the elite athletes feeling like they are "gods", in spite pretending to be humble. I was rooting for Nicky at Barkley; she is the best!
