What I love the most about this video is how you tell us about body position. There have been so many exercise videos that are like "yea, just do this", but they don't tell you things like keeping your body aligned in certain ways or making sure your elbows point this way or your shoulders should be doing this. I used to go to yoga classes and one of the best parts was the teachers being able to check what I was doing and correct me if I was doing it wrong or encourage me to try a harder position. This video feels a bit like being in those classes again, having someone help make sure I'm doing the exercises properly! Many thanks :D

I used to be in karate in high school so at that point of time, i was relatively fit. 10 years later, not so much. My upper body is weak and my posture problems often give me a stiff back and back ache. This workout is soo good because i got a sweat on and felt lighter afterwards. Love your videos!

I just did this after the 10 minutes whole body stretch and holy hell, I'm sweating, my heart rate is up and I feel loose limbed and wonderful. I was dying during the last bit but so worth it.

it's been a few months since I've injured by shoulders, mostly the left one and the external rotation + swimmer actually felt really good!! (I try and do that 90 degree straight up posititon/stretch against a wall and still can't get my left all the way back). Knew I had weak writs (injured the left one a few months ago too lol). But i didn't know how weak until trying some of these. That tip later in the video about putting something under will definitely be used That tricep dip was impossible for me, so I just tried to work on the arm movements. lower body is still sore from the beginners lowerbody/glutes video of yours. I love the way you do these, it makes the time go by fast! Will be trying the upperback and shoulders exercises next. :)

I always find the side plank so hard and no one ever shows us from the knees, and I can’t the one from the toes because I’m heavy and my arms are weak , so thank you for showing the easier way.

doing it from the knees is also a great workout! I would rather you have good form then struggle to do it the more difficult way

Hello LA, I love what you set up to do regarding providing proper form cues. But this exercise puts a lot of pressure on my wrists... My shoulders, arms and back do not have much strength so this really hurts...

With the crab dip, I know your saying don't lean into your shoulders but unfortunately I have a large bust and I'm pregnant 🤣 So I dont have enough strength to properly push myself against the floor with such a tiny muscle. Do you have any modifications for the crab dip so its a little easier

try rolling up a small towel and placing it under your palms so that your wrist dont bend as much! That usually helps to take some pressure off those joints

You could do the excersises on your knuckles, so your wrists are straight. Or maybe use a dumbell :)
