It is SO HARD to find light weight workouts that is actually challenging! Also, there are no loud and obnoxious screaming and ur channel is subtle. Thank you so so much for ur light and low impact workouts! Would love to see more like this one that target different part of the arms, abs and legs. Thank u again.

Same here. After two months of the 10 MIN ARMS workout with five =pound weights, I 'm doing the 15 MIN with eight-pound weights. Not very well, but I'm doing it. She is amazing.

Great idea to start light and gradually go heavier! I’m 72 and have had to stop at 2kg (2.2lbs) because of old injuries and tennis elbow but that is plenty after lots of reps😊💪

I've looked at approximately 5 zillion upper body workout videos. This is the ONLY one I've found that I know I can use repeatedly. As mentioned, no irritating chatter, no screaming and no distracting music. Plus the onscreen timers are welcome, as is the 15 second rest between moves.

Great workout! I’m 64 and thought I was in better shape but I had to switch from 10 lb to 5 lb weights for a couple of movements when my arms were giving up. I’m counting on maintaining with 10 lbs weights throughout soon. Loved the pace and simple instruction.

Well done I’m the same age and prefer not to lift more than 2kg (1.8lbs!) but still get a good burn. Well tricep dips are good plus push-ups of course with elbows close to sides-keep it up! 😊👍💪

I'm 68 and LOVED working out at the gym where I was often the only female and always the oldest person there; but I worked hard, was fit and toned and earned the respect of the young guys so I felt comfortable there. Sadly it closed in December 2021 due to Covid restrictions and never opened again. When the restrictions were lifted, it was the summer [too hot to train], then I put on weight and lost the confidence to join another gym [elderly women DO NOT weight-train in Greece!]. Now i hate the way I look and am trying hard to get my body presentable for the beach next summer, working out at home. I have a permanently damaged knee so cannot do programmes that need me to get up/down on the floor - so this workout was perfect! I used 2kg bars and it was challenging enough for me at the moment...but I'll be back to do it again! I'm looking at your other workouts too now.....

I love your standing arm workouts (w.dumbells)--I think I've done perhaps 7 to 9 maybe more different ones--15, 20, & 25 minute intervals. But this may be the best one of all, for me anyway. I love each set, the ranges of motion you put together, the compound movements. Really, really good as are all of your others. But something about this one felt to me like it really worked the targeted muscle groups (biceps, triceps, shoulders) fantastically. Superb. I'll be coming back to this one repeatedly. Thank you so much for being our fitness instructor and trainer!

This was amazing! I stopped working out several, several months ago and today I decided to give this a try. today I'm so glad I did! My arms are burning 😂 It's just the perfect amount for someone getting back into the rhythm. I have to say that it's also very encouraging when you say you feel the burn as well. Oftentimes, I don't feel too encouraged when a trainer doesn't look like they're struggling a bit. I guess I like it because it feels like someone else is struggling along with me, even if they are way ahead of me!

This is goooooood I love that there's no screaming or intense music. I want to be challenged in a few minutes with my weights and this is exactly what I was looking for! The exercises are simple, but effective. I love that the way each round combines two moves into one - I'm the kind of person who would get bored doing even 45 seconds of the same move! Just enough variety to keep my brain busy, super effective and challenging while still being accessible for beginners, and the 45 seconds on/15 seconds off structure is perfect! You won me over with this one for real

I started out the new year recovering from knee surgery…so I started with no weights, then went to 3 lbs. and now I am at 5!
