I’m so glad you put the mess up’s in your videos. It makes me feel better after a night of fumbling through what seems like a comedy of errors in the workshop! I see making a few of project #1 for my mother in law this spring.

I'm in Ireland and we can get cedar pickets. We can also get pallets however some stores will charge for them. Apparently if they get rid of them they'll be charged by the companies that come to take them back and reuse them so.... Having said that, my son works in a sauce factory and they have an endless supply of pallets that the boss frequently ends up chopping up for pallet wood. I keep asking him to bring a few home but so far no joy. Maybe that will be my Christmas present!!! Now back to the video. Loving the projects so far Tim.

Thanks as always for watching and taking the time to leave a comment. I’m glad you can get cedar pickets I’ve had multiple people tell me they can’t. Maybe it’s just a regional thing but I would be sad if I couldn’t get pallet wood nor pickets… That’s 90% of my project material 😂😂

I may not comment on every video but I do watch every one of them, I like most of the things built but often dont have a use for them . That said, every build puts ideas in my head and many times its the how to do this where i always question myself how to achieve what it is that im working on. very good job Tim.

Nice projects. Back in July I made something similar. Project one is a great idea but project three might solve a request I have for something similar. I'll send a picture once I finish it but I vote for a video on the dressed up version of the wine rack. I've seen bloopers at the end of other videos and I think those are always great to see. It helps to show that everyone makes mistakes even those that are more advanced. It gives the rest of us hope. Thanks for a great video in a great series.

Hi. Here in Tasmania Australia cedar is imported from the USA so more than double the price you pay but pine is super cheap & we use that for fence pickets, pallets are readily available, FB market place have businesses giving them away all the time. Love the content as a novice woodworker. These videos are perfect & giving me confidence to tackle bigger projects. Thanks & keep up the great work

Great projects Tim. Would definitely love to see a video on the dressed up version of the wine rack. I think it'd look class with the edges routered inside and out and maybe a strip of wood across the top of it with some kind of design routed out or a hole in the centre or something - aw just thinking out loud here. I just pulled apart a radiator cabinet that my ex made years ago and have several bits of 1 x2's as a result. Was wondering what to do with them. Can always rely on you for the inspo Tim. Thanks a million.

I wouldn’t use CA glue for a permanent solution not a sub for wood glue. I use CA to hold things together while the wood glue sets up
