🙌🏼Thank you! It was the cutest thing when she did that then stuck out her tongue like a cute little brat. I loved Mel so very much & am absolutely heartbroken as I’ve watched her since 2014 & her videos helped me through a most difficult time in my life...later on we connected over our autoimmune disease battles that cause chronic pain & depression. She was far too young & was finally being recognized for her talents, her good character, her playfulness & her sense of humor...this isn’t right nor is it fair for her precious children & as her Mom is battling Cancer💔🙏🏼 Prayers up for our beautiful Mel & strength for her beautiful family.

Wayne, what would I look like without you ? I am over 50, did not use much make up (poor quality Bourjois - L’Oreal, I ‘m French !) until I saw your videos. And I watched them all, learned tons of tricks and started buying brushes, Charlotte Tilbury make up and more higher end products. A new beautiful world opened in front of me. First, so sorry for your loss. You just spoke to me! I love one eyeshadow looks. Mostly because it takes the guesswork out of it. I feel like we, the audience, see a look and try to recreate it but our skin texture is different or our eye shape is different, all those things and we end u with looks that don’t work for us. This video is so helpful; I am in dire need of this sort of back to basics type of content. I don't wear much makeup; generally just tinted moisturizer, a little blush, and a swipe of mascara. I would love to see a tutorial on a back to basics full-face makeup application. Like specifically what order should products be applied. Should I do foundation first, then eye makeup, and then blush and lip color? Eye color first and then foundation? A video about that would be so great. My condolences on your loss, Wayne.

She may have died from vEDS, complications from a feeding tube if she had gastroparesis, or overdose of pain meds. She had tremendous pain and loss of mobility from her connective tissue disorder, not unlike myself. It's hard to watch someone 17 years younger pass from complications due to this and associated illnesses.

Thank you so much for making these tutorials. Makeup has always intimidated me, but I've learned a lot watching these and I feel much more confident because I know it looks right now. I can tell a major difference between the way I was applying makeup and following the directions from you. I do have a question though - in one of your previous videos about eye makeup, I thought you said to avoid darker colors on the eyelid, that the lighter area should be the lid to make the eye look bigger. And perhaps you address this in this video - I'm not yet 5 minutes in. In which case, please disregard. 😉

Those lashes are amazing. It’s so true- a light bit of shadow and a few triples or double lashes on the edges of eyes change EVERYTHING! I do it when I want to feel EXTRA!!!! Thanks Wayne.. 😘 PS: I have green eyes too! The ‘greenies’ have it!
