Hi, to out australian constitution there is only 2 levels of federal and state. No where in our constitution it say or mentions that there is 3 levels of government. They tried in the 1988 referendum and got a bit fat no so any 3rd state governments are running unlawful

I dont understand. I'm struggling to find the list of what acts apply to conducts to property appraisals. it's too effing hard! :(

Appraisals are completed by real estate agents. You need to find the Act in your state/territory that covers real estate and then find the section that has relevance to appraisals or pricing of property etc.

How to find an act based on key words? How to know what other acts are included? I'm having trouble understanding the language atm.

www.legify.com.au is a great tool to look up key words. Different states call their Acts by different names, therefore you may need consider various terms e.g. real estate, property, estate agent etc that are relevant to the topic that the legislation is about to find the name of the Act relevant to your state/territory

Not really great for explaining how to read or interpret legislation, more explaining how they are made and what levels the laws come from
