@@AnthsLawSchool can you do a video on when legislation seems to contradict each other. For example under section 90 of the fisheries act QLD you can not release non-indigineous fisheries resources (fish) back in the water this would include sooty grunter caught in seq. However there is size limits on sooty grunter in qld. So if you were to not release but it was under size you would still be breaking the law but to release it would be against the law also? Very confusing
