The best part of this pattern is listening to your voice...I can tell you have fun and love crochet! I’ve made this pattern several times and the last two I side tracked (a little) and instead of leaving shaggy ends I chain 10-15 in addition to the pattern at each end and start the pattern after the first 10-15, it ‘s really quite fun and the little ones love playing with them or older folks that are fidgety are fascinated!

Hello Anja, I needed to tell you, I started crochet less than a month ago. I’ve watched so many videos and tried to decipher crochet patterns and instructions with varying results. However, your videos are the first ones that I completely understood and I was able to replicate! I’ve made your V-stitch blanket and it turned out so nicely. And I not only could do them but also, you explained them so clearly that, I was able to memorized them and can just mindlessly enjoy the process of crocheting while watching tv or talking with my kids.
